Excellent food and service. One of the best Tex-Mex food I've had in Colorado for sure. They absolutely don't skimp on the portions and the food is really fresh and tasty. The view we got was phenomenal and made the dinner even more amazing. I really recommend trying their fajitas, and not to get full off their complimentary chips and salsa even though it's very addicting!

First off, please make a reservation. We tried to pop in between lunch and dinner one day and the wait was 2 hours. So we tried another time with a reservation. Place is busy even on weekdays. Love the vibe of this place and views. Free chips and good salsa. Score! Portions were a good size (better be with price). Filling and took home some. Prickly pear margarita was eh but food had flavor!

We arrived around 11am to a restaurant that seemed prepared for the upcoming rush. The restaurant was bright and clean. Kyle introduced himself asking if we wanted anything to drink. We started with the Cadillac Margaritas. They were delicious, prompting us to have one more. We settled on the combination fajita platter for two. The chicken and steak were juicy and tender. The shrimp was full of flavor. By the end of lunch, we were full and the restaurant was pretty busy but service was like we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Carne Guisada was average, I'd say. Good food, but won't blow your mind or anything. I feel like it really needs a hit of freshness if it wants to stand out. The way it is rn, it's rice, beans, and meat + some miscellaneous ingredients. Churros were outstanding but HOT Virgin strawberry was great. Really sharp on the tongue. Loved it Waiter was attentive and fun

from the views to the food, it was awesome. The people who worked there made sure we always had water. The service was awesome and our waitress was very sweet and friendly. The margs were really good. I had a salad and it was amazing. The dressing was so unique and flavorful but light. Highly recommend giving this a try
